An Outstanding Experience
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through our doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Mirror 2 Mirror Hair Design experience.
They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
DEPOSITS
Pay in Advance
All colour & foil packages will require a 25% deposit once booked. This can be paid via bank transfer or when you have completed your appointment & re-book your next one in store. Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a text message prompting you with instructions on how to pay your deposit.
If we do not receive your deposit within 10 hours of booking, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and marked against your name. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total price of the service once completed. All deposits are non refundable and only transferable to a date no later than 1 month if given 24 hours notice prior to cancelling the appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Just Let Us Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know.
If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, The 25% deposit cannot be transferred to a future date and will be kept as a cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
